Super quick and yummy dinner idea
:
2 Tbsp balsalmic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp sun-dried tomato oil
1 Tbsp chopped drained oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove
4 c shredded cooked chicken
1 c chopped tomato
1/2 c grated Asiago cheese
1/4 c thinly sliced basil
6 pitas cut in half
3 c mixed greens
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in chicken, tomato, cheese, and basil. Line each pita half with 1/4 c greens. Divide chicken mixture evenly among pita halves.
